Elect Her

Elect Her works to motivate, support & equip women in all their diversity across the political spectrum to stand for elected office in all spheres of Government, providing them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to do it. We demystify the process of standing and motivate women to create their own action plans through free workshops and online resources. We support women at every stage of their political journey, from getting started up to standing for selection and election.

We support all women in Britain, who are underrepresented in all positions of political power. A particular focus is on including and advancing women of colour, women of faith, women with disabilities, working class women, younger women and those with caring responsibilities. We provide women with peer-support and community networks, personal development programmes, self-led resources and live workshops to develop their confidence, knowledge and skills to support their leadership abilities.
