The Green Court: The “Spaceport” Case
The Green Court is an interactive environmental moot court. We discuss environmental law issues based on real life examples. The following report details the day’s proceedings, including the arguments from the Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent, feedback from the presiding judge on the arguments made, and the questions and discussion of attendees. It also includes a glossary of technical terms and case law discussed within the proceedings, and digital links to the productions referenced in some of the arguments.
